No, the EMS Summit is fully in-person and we offer no virtual or hybrid element.

No, the sessions are not recorded but you will be able to view some of the presentations after the summit.

No, we cannot share the personal details of any of our attendees.

There will be many dedicated networking opportunities at the summit alongside an event app to facilitate making connections with fellow attendees.

Yes, lunch and snacks will be served in our networking breaks alongside tea, coffee and other refreshments throughout the day. An evening drinks reception with alcoholic beverages and canapes will be served on day one.

Yes, we have  a photographer and videographer on-site. Photos and videos taken at the summit will be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

No recording of any session is permitted, and only verified members of the press are permitted to conduct interviews with sponsors and visitors.

You may transfer the name of your booking to a colleague if you can no longer attend the summit.
