Christian GEORGES, born in 1961 in France, he graduated in 1984 from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris” and from University Pierre et Marie Curie with a DEA in Organic Chemistry.
After a first experience with Glaxo Group Research in Medicinal Chemistry , he joined L’Oréal in 1987.
Starting as Engineer in Chimex, an entity that develops and produces patented molecules for L’Oréal, he ended up as CEO after several positions including Plant Management.
Joining the cosmetic branch of L’Oréal in 2003, he managed the plant of Sicos, Luxury Division and created in 2009 as Technical Director, the “ Pole d’ Excellence” with the plants of Fapagau , BRI and Sicos.
More recently Manufacturing Excellence Corporate Director, he manages the Operational Excellence System and 4.0 transformation for Manufacturing at a corporate level.

Cem Temel was born in 1968 in Istanbul. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Mechanical Engineering in 1991. In 1992, he completed his master's degree in Istanbul University. In 1993, he started her career at the Ford Otosan Quality Department as an Engineer. In the years of 1998-2008, he has ensured the commissioning of the Press Shop. In 2012, he was appointed as Ford Otosan Gölcük Plant Asistant Manager and Gölcük Plant Manager in 2013. As of December 4, 2015, he was appointed as the Asistant General Manager of Kocaeli Plants and New Projects.

Prof. Dr. Dimitris Kiritsis is Faculty Member at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the School of Engineering of EPFL, Switzerland, where he is leading a research group on ICT for Sustainable Manufacturing. He serves also as Director of the doctoral Program of EPFL on Robotics, Control and Intelligent Systems (EDRS). His research interests are Closed Loop Lifecycle Management, IoT, Semantic Technologies and Data Analytics for Engineering Applications. He served also as Guest Professor at the IMS Center of the University of Cincinnati, and Invited Professor at the University of Technology of Compiègne, the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard and at ParisTech ENSAM Paris. Prof. Kiritsis is actively involved in EU research programs in the area of Factories of the Future and Enabling ICT for Sustainable Manufacturing. He has more than 220 publications. Since September 2013 Dimitris is Chair of IFIP WG5.7 – Advanced Production Management Systems. From 2013 to 2017 he was member of the Advisory Group of the European Council on Leadership on Enabling Industrial Technologies – AG LEIT-NMBP. He is also founding fellow member of the International Society for Engineering Asset Management (ISEAM), of various international scientific communities in his area of interests including EFFRA and among the initiators of the IOF (Industrial Ontologies Foundry).

Dr Urbain Bruyere is GSK vice president, environment, health and safety, pharma supply chain. He has spent most of his career developing global safety and operational risk improvement programmes across oil & gas and mining firms. Urbain began his career with BP managing onshore and offshore oil and gas operations. After the Texas City refinery explosion, he was responsible for rolling out global programmes to improve the safety culture and to build leadership and technical capability at production sites. Before joining GSK, Bruyere led safety change management at Anglo-American, a major mining company. In 2013, he earned a BP-sponsored doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania researching how teams achieve both safety and efficiency by adapting to real-world complexity. He is a chartered engineer and a fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers.
