She has been responsible for key business projects implementation such as Showroom Model, S&OP, Product Tracking System, Quality Management System. After graduating from Boğaziçi University Economics, she has started her career with C&A Turkey in 2006 in Category Management & Planning. She was responsible for Ladies Division and proved the category growth & profitability increase within years with many actions regarding the collection content, pricing, stock planning.
