Adrian is an Aeronautical Engineer by education and after a period of commissioned service in the Royal Air Force, he started his consulting career in 1994. In 2001, he established his own business and wrote the problem solving methodology, that Chartwell uses today, to help clients such as ExxonMobil solve complex technical problems and deliver step profit improvement. His work expanded into the wind turbine industry, where he supported a 3-year global change programme. A UK juice and juice drinks client asked him to lead a growth plan as Production Director, after which he went on to found Chartwell with two former colleagues in 2013. His experience is across range of industry sectors including chemicals, pharma, packaging and FMCG. He lives with his family in Windsor and in his spare time, coaches competitive aerobatic flying.
