Ana Rita Oliveira began her career in 2017 as a Process Engineer at Philip Morris International in Portugal, where she gained valuable experience in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. In 2021, Ana Rita joined Nestlé as a Senior Analyst in the Operations Performance Acceleration Team, and 1.5 years later, she was promoted to Project Leader. In this role, Ana Rita had the opportunity to work on Operations Performance, Cost, Quality, and Start-up Projects according to business needs, across five different Nestlé categories in eight countries (four different continents). This experience enabled Ana Rita to enhance her hard skills in Operations Excellence while also strengthening her leadership, communication, and agility skills. After four years as part of the Performance Acceleration Team, Ana Rita is now embracing a new opportunity as Operations Production Manager at the Nunspeet Factory in the Netherlands (Infant Formula & NHSc Nestlé site).
