I believe opportunities are always present, but we recognize them only when we are willing to change, search, take risks, and believe in ourselves. This philosophy has guided my 20+ years in the automotive and logistics industry. I began my career with Kromberg & Schubert Lutsk (Ukraine) as an engineer in a fresh established company. Within nine months, I was entrusted with leading the Industrial Engineering Department. After my first maternity leave, I transitioned fully into Logistics (2011–2018), where I applied my guiding strategy: to learn by asking questions and seeking out experts. As Logistics Manager, I led and trained 350 employees, improved supply chain performance, and coordinated the new plant start-up in Zhytomyr. I managed project ramp-ups and relocations for Volkswagen, BMW, and Daimler, while implementing Kanban and Lean Six Sigma to boost efficiency. In 2018, I accepted my most ambitious challenge—managing a Logistics Plant in Vitoria, Spain. My experience, strong network, and determination ensured the plant’s success and built client trust. The first two years brought rapid adaptation: learning Spanish from zero and embracing a new culture. The pandemic further shaped my leadership in times of change. Since that time, I have been Plant Manager at Kromberg & Schubert España SL, overseeing logistics operations and reporting directly to General Management. Beyond financial and customer goals, I prioritize a culture of equality and respect. My responsibilities include strategic planning, cost optimization, customer negotiations, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Throughout my career, I have focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost control. I design KPIs, manage investments, and develop strategies for sustainable growth. I lead through collaboration, motivation, and continuous team development in multicultural environment. Outside work, I coordinate cultural and humanitarian initiatives, promoting Ukrainian culture abroad and co-leading “Safe Return Home,” a mine clearance program for families returning to their communities. My medium-term goal is to strengthen strategic management and leadership in international contexts. Long term, I aspire to an executive role in a global industrial or logistics organization, driving sustainable and socially responsible business models. I am always open to sharing experiences on transforming challenges into opportunities, leading diverse teams, and linking business success with social impact.
