Kai Ronecker believes that organizations achieve outstanding results when every employee contributes to joint success on a daily basis. Previously, he served as Head of Operations & Performance at Migros Industrie, leading an Operational Excellence transformation across nearly 100 FMCG production plants with over 10,000 employees. Prior to that, as a Partner in the internal management consulting practice, he spearheaded various complex transformation initiatives and plant performance improvement projects.

Kai holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, is a certified Executive Coach, and has furthered his studies at IMD Lausanne and INSEAD Fontainebleau. He also shares his expertise as a lecturer at several universities, including ETH Zürich, with a focus on Operational Excellence and digital manufacturing.
