Victoria has over a decade of experience in manufacturing, starting her career as a factory automation engineer before realizing that true operational excellence comes from empowering people, not replacing them. Building on a family legacy—her grandfather authored "Manufacturing Management"—she is passionate about scaling excellence and engaging frontline teams. As Regional Director for EMEA at fabriq, she has helped more than 650 factories digitize Lean Daily Management and embed operational excellence into their operating models.
