Amitte Gulamhussen is a global executive with over 20 years of experience driving operational, digital, and strategic transformations across the chemical, biochemical, and life sciences industries. Throughout his career, he has played pivotal roles in building and restructuring organizations, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and carve-outs.

Currently, Amitte serves as Global Head of Excellence, Digital & Automation, overseeing more than 50 sites across 30 countries, and as Chief of Staff to the Executive Committee of DSM-Firmenich’s Animal Nutrition and Health business. He is passionate about being a force for good—unlocking people’s potential, reducing environmental footprints, and enhancing profitability through innovation, sustainability, and data-driven excellence.
