He has had project leadership in large scale brownfield and greenfield projects globally from start to installation, ramp-up and handing over to production teams. Mwenda values effectiveness and is actively working to improve business operations to exceed business goals and drive growth through technology. He is passionate about discovering new technologies and applying them to solve the most challenging issues in manufacturing operations and driving business growth and follows a principled people oriented leadership. Mwenda is defining and executing a strategic roadmap for Industry 4.0 with smart manufacturing, digital twin, AI application, additive manufacturing (3D printing), MES, AR / VR for design , production & training.
