With an educational background of Mechanical Engineer, Carlos is a lean six sigma black belt with more than 18 years of experience in the technical and quality domains. From a researcher where he defined uncertainty cost models for manufacturing, through Mechanical Design Engineer, to leading a global team managing Industrialization of Electrical Appliances in Nestlé Nespresso. Most years of his career were spent in Nestlé Nespresso, from leading Technical and Quality teams at market level and at global level, to managing Industrial Performance, where lastly, he set up a global team managing the Industrialization of Nestlé Nespresso Electrical Appliances.
