Mohamed Fayez is an experienced industrial pharmacist with over 27 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain management. He began as a lecturer in analytical chemistry at Misr International University, later transitioning into research and development roles with EIPICO and ALKAN in Egypt. In 2005, he joined Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on quality assurance for sterile production.

Fayez played a key role at AstraZeneca, helping establish the Egypt site by developing quality management systems and fostering relationships with local healthcare authorities. Between 2008 and 2011, he managed third-party pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. At Boehringer Ingelheim, he oversaw third-party quality management for MENA and expanded responsibilities to supply chain operations across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and lead auditor, Fayez now specializes in digital transformation in life sciences, advancing Industry 4.0 strategies and smart manufacturing solutions.
