Radovan is a transformational leader across various industries (Retail, Pharma, Consumer Goods and Agriculture) and across the end-to-end SCM functions. He is passionate about how AI delivers business outcomes and is currently responsible for the data, AI and digital transformation for Product Supply EMEA at Bayer CropScience. In his previous role as Product Flow and Sustainability lead, he was responsible for the Resilience program which led to significant CO2 reduction in scope 3, cost optimization as well as higher digital adoption removing operational & transactional vulnerabilities through Artificial Intelligence. Radovan is a former athlete and a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and a keynote speaker.
