Luiz Barberini has an engineering education and several post graduations, MBA and certifications from APICS, having worked for more than 30 years in activities related to Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics in companies like Ford, Rhône-Poulenc, British American Tobacco, Pfizer, Takeda and MSD. Currently works as Bayer´s External Manufacturing Operations Manager for Latin America Consumer Health, managing suppliers in Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. Additionally, teaches Supply Chain at two major universities in São Paulo – Brazil. With several articles written, recently has got his Masters in Production Engineering focusing on External Manufacturing and relationship management.
